Wcale powszechnie nie wiadomo to raz, dwa to przepis mało przydatny
podatnikowi, bo prowadzący dział. i tak sam musi zgłosić rach. do US
bo jako nie zgłosi to są kwasy ze strony US przy pierwszej kontroli.
Na trzy można powiedzieć, że sporo osób prowadzi dział. na rach.

nie pytałem o rachunki osobiste używane w DG,
nie twierdziłem że podatnik nie musi zgłaszać.
