Ale popatrz jeszcze na całkowite zadłużenie - ciągle mają spore.


Podobno w USA wystąpił problem - niektóre stany dopusciły marijuane do
legalnego obrotu, opodatkowały oczywiscie ... i zarobiły na tym tyle
podatków, że podpadły pod własne (stanowe) przepisy od zbyt wysokich
podatków.
