First of all let us thank you for flying Wizz Air. We have several
complaints as yours, but we would like to draw your
attention to the fact as follows. We have just charged 731 PLN for your
first journey, and 593 PLN for your second journey.
The difference was taken by your bank. As you might know, if you are holding
a Visa card the basis of your card is in US
dollars. Upon purchasing your Wizz Air ticket the amount you paid was in
Euro, directly converted into PLN. But if you are
holding a Visa card, banks internally convert EUR into USD and back.
Convertion fee is usually paid by the clients.Even if
your account is Zloty, foreign payment transactions are done in USD at Visa
cards. Majority of the banks advise their
clients holding a MasterCard in Europe and holding a Visa card
internationally outside Europe.

Will you be so kind to discuss that with your bank and double check Visa
Card payment conditions as well.

We do apologize for any inconveniences but the difference ( PLN 60.01) is
not overcharged by Wizz Air.
